Kritika was born and raised in Dubai before embarking on a journey that led her to diverse creative pursuits. In 2015, she earned her master's degree (MA) in Dramatic Writing from the University of the Arts London. During her time in London, Kritika immersed herself in theatre and production, contributing to the documentary "India in a Day."
In 2017, she set her sights on Mumbai, where she carved out a niche for herself as a versatile writer. Her impressive portfolio includes scripting for the acclaimed web series "Bhak," significant contributions to "Life in a Day 2020," and a pivotal role in the Jengaburu writers' room in 2022.
Currently, Kritika is an integral part of the team crafting a global documentary on mental health titled "I Hope This Helps."After a dedicated journey spanning three and a half years, Kritika achieved a significant milestone by self-publishing her debut book—a compelling illustrated autobiographical collection of essays titled "Citizen by Descent."
